Review Time
It's been 1 and a half month I am waiting for them to pick up my package that I asked to send back. Twice I had to change my planning to stay home and the courrier did not come. They don't care and don't proceed with refund. Worst customer service seen in a while.
I went to the Allee shop and could not be understood by the sales people due to language barriers.i requested to talk to the manager and seeing that i was a foreigner, he decided to ignore me and not attend me. i waited patiently untill he was free and no excuse to talk to me but he kept on avoiding me. The website is AI and there is nowhere to raise the complaint for bad customer service !I wrote the complaint in the Vasarlok konvye and the manager dismissed it.worst place ever and will try to avoid in the future
They constantly bombard me with emails to write reviews, which I can't officially unsubscribe from, but my honest review of a mediocre product never gets approved. Also 3 out of 6 times my products arrived badly damaged. They usually have the cheapest prices, but not worth the hassle for me.
Dishonest Company that is now merged with another bad company. EDigital + eMag. Just see their reviews to understand why to AVOID. They have ripped off thousands of customers including me. They just continue to fraud and ignore warranty and skip from country to country. Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia... Wherever they can abuse weak laws and keep on stealing and thieving.
Probably the WORST online shop, criminals really. AVOID at all cost. Selling used and badly repaired electronics as new products. I wish I saw their reviews before. Their customer service just lies to your face than ignores you. How these people are not in jail is a mystery. Ah yes, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria :) What a joke.
Ordered a small item that is sold by a merchant in Romania. I clearly indicated the location of the EasyBox where I wanted to pick up the package. Now I see on the courier's tracking site that the package is going to a different location several miles away. EMAG claims it has no way to correct it now, and the courier is unable to change the location. Las time I deal with these incomptents.
Very bad support services!!!!! They should change that Dia AI with a real person. They claiming on the website that their AI can give solution but if not then a real person takes over.... There is no real person coming, no telephone number, don't answer for the email.... Worst costumer service ever i visited website
Ordered a Headphone which was marked a bluetooth on the emag site, but is was not a bluetooth. Sent back, via easybox with the PIN code emag gave me. Since than emag is unreachable. Just wanted to ask information about the sent back product and the money refound. No phone number, emag do not reply to any email. No product, no money.
