Horrible

Every single time I order something from eMAG.hu, there's an issue. Either the delivery is extremely late, or the package is sent to the wrong location altogether. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with this repeatedly. I keep hoping things will improve, but the same problems keep happening. Definitely not a reliable experience.

Terrible costumer service

Terrible costumer service. I ordered a cream, which was important for my shoulder at the end of December. As it hasn't arrived by beginning of February, I checked online and it said "delivered on the 22 January". I couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted the costumer service team, they said oh, actually it hasn't been delivered. But it will be at one point, etc, he wasn't very helpful. I waited another few weeks, nothing. I contacted them again they said your order was deleted. I said ok, where is the refund? She said oh, send us your IBAN and we will refund it. I said so if I didn't contact you, I would have never received my money? She said oh, it should have been automatic, but it wasn't.. And she actually thought that this is an actual, valid explanation. I mean seriously.

Rejecting negative reviews of products

A long while ago, I ordered a keyboard from them, since on their website, it was advertised as having a UK layout, which I needed. Once my order was ready, I picked it up, and later noticed that it was a US layout, not UK. And they are NOT the same.I brought it back, and wrote a review on their website for this product, warning users that they should be careful, because it's NOT a UK layout, but a US one. A day later my review was rejected, citing that public reviews are not the correct place to complain about incorrect product information.I'm sorry, but what? Reviews are there so customers can tell future buyers what to expect. This company doesn't think so, and they just want to silence anyone even slightly critical of them.

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company! My order was lost/ never sent and instead of helping me they protend that the issue is not their fault! Useless costumer service, where you have to queue for hours to text to a real person. I did this 5 times and each time was told something different, the last one told me that she is in a chat with several costumers and never got back to me with an answer! Afterwards I got an email to confirm that they have dealt with the situtation. Noone helped me in any way after hours and hours spent on the costumer service chat. I paid for my product over a months ago, and I still have no product or my money back. Avoid az any cost!!

Don't buy there

Don't buy there, unless you know you won't ever need to return a product. I have been a client for years and usually never had issue that needed a return. Until today when the printer I ordered as a christmas present prints terribly with blue dots on the picture and pink lines.I opened a return request, this is very easy to do.They do notify you that a courrier is coming, but then no one comes after 3 weeks, so you go check the status of your return and surprise, they got closed within 1-2 days with no explanation or notificationThen you go talk to customer service, which takes 1h to reach. And they give you fake promises that never happen. "We will reopen the return request", "We will contact the courrier and expedite the process"It has been 2 weeks and instead of that happening, they just closed again the return request. I hardly believe that the right to close a return request is held by the merchants (since it's a marketplace) and they are abusing their power. And emag has a marketplace does nothing to alleviate this issue.As of today I am done with emag, will not contact them again or buy from them again and instead submitted a nice chargeback.

I ordered a LEGO set from eMAG but received a counterfeit product. They have repeatedly declined my return requests without any explanation and have not responded to my support inquiries.
