Charged for a subscription i didn't want. Tried cancelling subscription but couldn't do it through the app due to errors. Tried cancelling on the Web site but saying incorrect password and when tried to reset password kept getting errors that the authorisation code sent to my email was incorrect. Have sent 2 emails as no phone number to call but still no response. Still waiting on reply, terrible customer service.
I’m only halfway through the Bootcamp course, and I already feel like I’ve learned so many new things. Every week brings fresh insights and inspiration. My confidence growing more and more. I especially love the live webinars with Q&As — they make everything clearer and more personal. The community is very supportive too, it really feels like someone is holding your hand and cheering you on the whole way. So glad I joined!

Exceptional platform - easy to use, very informative with lots of up to date information. I am so glad I took the jump to purchase the membership. I now have an investment platform that I have automated deposits into. Very inspirational founders!
Avoid. They lure you in with a discount offer and do not make it clear that they will sign you up for a rolling membership with auto renewal - taking £100 of your hard earned money without permission. I’m told the usual 14 day cooling off period doesn’t apply - of course it doesn’t - they know what they are doing. They should be ashamed of their ‘customer support’. Be alert if you choose to hand your details over to these scammers…

I feel like I was taken advantage of: my membership was renewed automatically for years without any notification, which should have been standard procedure. I did not receive a single email about this. At the same time, my membership access was deleted, leading me to believe I had successfully canceled it since I couldn't log in or access any of the promised services. To my shock, I discovered that money was still being deducted from my account for years! When I reached out to the support team, I only received an automated response that completely ignored my concerns. I'm now forced to consider legal action! Please be cautious – their practices seem highly questionable!
I want to share my experience regarding unexpected charges for an auto-renewal of my annual membership fees. I wasn't informed that the renewal date was approaching, and I noticed a £99 charge on my credit card. Honestly, I rarely used my subscriptions and had even forgotten about it. They claimed to have sent a notification email, but I couldn't find it anywhere. When I requested a refund on the same day, they denied it, instead offering discounts. I became weary of the back-and-forth and accepted a 3-month renewal. Typically, when you reach out the same day, customer service is accommodating, especially considering how busy we all are. It feels quite hypocritical for a company focused on financial empowerment to take advantage of forgetful customers. I'm genuinely frustrated by this principle.
