It was terrific arrived on time I couldn't get tobacco anywhere near my home is ordered 10 to keep me going and never even had to pay postage will definitely by ordering again
Your service is excellent, but it's time to reconsider using that delivery provider. For the second time, I stayed home waiting for my parcel, only to receive an email stating they had attempted delivery. They never approached my home, as confirmed by a friend who works for them. It seems they do this when overwhelmed. Please consider a more dependable option. I ended up waiting another day for my parcel again, which contradicts the "next day delivery" promise. Just a suggestion.
The selection of products is excellent, and the prices are fantastic. The delivery is super fast. However, the main issue is the inadequate packaging method. Products often arrive damaged due to the service only using plastic mail bags. Better external packaging, like boxes, would be appreciated, even if it means paying a bit more for undamaged items upon arrival. This is why I rated it 4 stars; otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars if this issue were resolved. I've made four orders totaling over £50, and the last three deliveries have suffered significant packaging damage. Just some feedback for the seller, as parcel couriers tend to be careless. PLEASE enhance the delivery packaging, and I would gladly give 5 stars consistently, as this service is my preferred supplier for vape products. I'm just a bit disappointed with the damaged packaging; I can understand it happening occasionally, but it's becoming too frequent!
Outstanding service. Quick delivery and the lowest prices I've encountered online. Had a delivery issue with my first order, but they resent it the same day and I received it the next day. I've tried various online stores, and delivery is often not as promised, so I'm pleased to have found my new go-to shop. Thank you once again! ☺️
