Review Time
I was initially very happy with the Emma budgeting app but have become fed up with it over the last year. Many of the features that were once included in my plan no longer are which is a bit annoying but the most significant problem for me is that despite saying it will update 4 x per day it updates twice or three time absolute most. This has been going on for a year and while the customer service reps are nice and try to be helpful it’s never actually resolved. In order to avoid this ongoing irritation I’ll have to upgrade to the £80 per year plan. I may be cynical but it feels like this is a way to force customers in to upgrading.
