I received an order totaling $500, which I can't believe I actually made. When I requested a refund, I was met with evasive responses. Despite numerous emails suggesting I continue for six weeks, I just want my money back. I'm frustrated that they still have my funds without any resolution.

You state it is really easy to get hold of you and we will refund if not satisfied. That is a huge lie right there. The picture shows several reps answering phone calls when in fact that isn't the case at all. I would never try your product based on just this! Lying about how easy it is to get hold of you is enough to stop me cold
I thought this would be a solution to my gut problems. It made my symptoms worse. I had to remain home for four days. I stopped taking it after two days. I listened to the long sales pitch and got sucked in. Never again for any product. I also did not see the 10% charge for restocking returns. I sent my bottles back on October 29th and still the credit has not posted to my account and it is November 22nd. I received an email indicating the refund but it has not posted.Also, I will never do business again with a company that does not even have a phone number.
