I listened to the long sales pitch on Emma today and I decided to try one bottle. I ignored the pressure to buy 3 or 6 bottles at a discount. I entered my information and credit card etc. and when I tried to click the "pay" button I was referred to what looked like another video link and a statement saying I can't complete my order until I click on the link. Then I realized that link probably would be more pressure to buy 3 or 6 bottles, and at this time I felt deceived. I did not click the link and left the website because I could not go back and delete my information. Emails and phone calls to the company so far have been fruitless. Yes I was charged for one bottle that was $70 including sales tax. I feel gullible and scammed and I realize I had many red flags throughout the video warning me. Please don't fall for this like I did!
I ordered 3 bottles of their product, Emma Relief; however, they charged me for two orders at a higher price, on two separate credit cards. I have tried my best to contact this company, but get no responses to emails or texts. No working phone number with help is provided; contacting for correction or help is made very difficult. If I had wanted six bottles, common sense would tell them that I would have ordered the six bottle selection, which was at a much lower cost per bottle. I was charged $158. 76 twice, at a cost of 316.00. I did not request a second order. I want this charge removed from my Capital One account immediately. I feel cheated and scammed!!
I CANT CONTACT THEM ON ANY OF THER LISTED EMAILS OR CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBERS.THEY WONT ANSWER ON EMAILS AND PHONE NUMBERS STATE MAILBOXES FULL OR INCORRECT NUMER, i ORDERED one BOTTLE OF EMMA TO TRY AND A CONFIRMATION SENT STATED I ORDERED 4. Price for 1st was supposed to be 59.00 and it charged me 147.00
I ordered one bottle, found out they charged me for five or six - $300+ instead of $40...now I'm in the hole in my checking account. I immediately called and cancelled, but they said it was already shipped. I have not received my product or the refund....
The advertising is misleading. Toward the end of the video and after I "ordered" 3 bottles there was a promotional offer of 6 bottles at a lower price per bottle which I understood to be an "upgrade" order and decided I would go with that to make sure I give the product a sufficient try. However, the problem that arose was that the "promotional 6 bottles" was not an upgrade but rather an additional charge. (Totally misleading.) I attempted to have that charge credited back and ultimately talked to a woman (English as a second language) who basically would not give me a credit without giving her my checking account number - which I do not do. I just wanted the "second" order cancelled and credited back to my credit card that I used in the first place. She was insistent that I give her the additional information, so I asked to speak to the manager. She then told me she was the manager. Since they have a 90 day guarantee (or so they advertise) I intend to return the "second" order. This company is one of those hard sells and difficult to work with. I recommend that if you wish to buy the Emma product, you do so through Amazon and not directly through their site (although you will pay a bit more you'll not have to deal with them!)
Your service is great. I was hoping the product would help me, but it hasn't really done the job (pun intended). Even though I've been taking 2 caps a day for the past couple of months, my issues have not been resolved. However, it seemed to be working for a while, but now - not so much.
