The product doesn’t meet the promises made in the advertising and doesn’t work at all. It is snake oil, pure and simple. This is yet another example of a doctor trying to make extra money on the side. Omg. Total scam. Product actually works well, but I only ordered 1 bottle. Then I get an obnoxious email from them Sunday night saying they're sending another bottle!! I've emailed them several times, telling them not 2 send another bottle, and they have yet 2 respond. If they dare send .another bottle, I'll just have the bank take it off, as they have been very good at doing this in the past. I will also call the FTC, my lawyer pal, and anyone else I can think of. I very specifically ordered 1 bottle. I know that. I would never order a subscription 2 something I've never tried. I'm so sickened by these scammers, I'll spend my life's work trying 2 put an end 2 them. I'm retired so I have plenty of time. There is no phone number 2 reach out 2 and they only send bot emails as a reply. I've waited days now, still no response by this company. Such a shame such a good product would resort 2 these egregious practices by Emma. I hope they see this review and do something about it. Now I'm going 2 file a report with FTC if they don't respond before July 28th, when my unrequested bottle will be sent. Shameless!

I immediately emailed request for cancellation and refund only to receive a we’re busy response and ticket number. I’ve been trying now for 36 hours to reach anyone from their company and affiliates without success. This feels like a total rip off and I am afraid to even try the products if received. Not having a customer service number seems shady. I want my money back!
Bought the three pack Emma took the first full bottle and half of the second. Bad response as I have leaky gut with many allergies to what I put in my stomach.I requested a refund as she advertised 90 day guarantee. I made 3 attempt for a refund and they put me on a cycle such as they need the numbers off the bottom of the bottles to see if there's a problem with the product, ect. All requests. were filled and sent back from an email requesting all this. I am tired of waiting and no response or a refund.I would not recommend doing business with them. This I will report to the BBB.
Ordered on June 11th, got it on June 24th, finished 1 bottle I ordered & made another order for 6 more & have not received anything !! Today is Aug.3rd & it’s been over 2 weeks….your Left Hand does not know what your Right Hand is doing…Bad Processing Service!!
I went through a lengthy video. My believe is that if this is a good product, it doesnt need such a long introduction. Great products sell by themselves, through wonderful reviews and by word of mouth. And at USD 59.00 per bottle, this is beyond the reach of many. I will continue to drink water, take probiotics and exercise.
They ignore requests for money back. Don't do it. If you must try them I've heard they are available all sorts of places now for as low as 24.95 a bottle, Walmart, Amazon, etc. This place, this doctor will rip you off. I had to reverse the charge on my credit card after trying for ages to get my return label and a refund. Awful people. Awful. You are just trying to get better and you believe this doctor, who is only in it for the money. Just like the ones that she scorns. Shame on her
