BEWARE I saw Emma advertised for 234Usd for 6 bottles with free delivery but when purchasing via PayPal the total increased to 330usd that's 96usd difference, There was no details on PayPal invoice why extra costs.I'm from Australia so I emailed re costs it was total 96usd on a 234usd purchase was tax and shipping. No details were given that's a sneaky 45% added to costs. I certainly won't buy from them, definitely SHADY when they don't send DETAILED COSTS.9th June 2025There is nothing on their advertising that says international postage isn't free and ias I said before they don't include any detailed costs only add their $96USD during checkout. I'm sure lots of people have clicked checkout and have been SCAMMED
The product did not work for me. Hopefully it will work for others, but nothing for me. I accept that. They advertise a 100% money back guarantee. I have requested a refund SIX TIMES, but they have not followed through with their refund policy. Instead they offered me a free vacation. I said no. Then they offered a free cruise. Again no. Then they offered 2 tickets to an event I choose (concert, sports, theater, etc). I repeat my answer NO! Now they have offered me 40% off my order. HELL NO! I have made it very clear that I only want the full refund they guarantee. I am going to submit a fraud claim through my credit card to try to get my money back. Save yourself the hassle and don’t buy into this SCAM.
This company cannot be trusted. They lied in regards to their refund policies. Even though it says 💯 refund, it’s a lie!!! The product doesn’t work at all. They make you pay for the shipping return plus a 10% handling fee and they will only refund 1 bottle. First they tried only offering 50% refund and then this crap. Just another company offering everything and 💯 satisfaction and refundable….NOpE!!!! I tried cancelling the product after ordering and they wouldn’t cancel even though the order hadn’t been processed or fulfilled.
Improved digestion, mitigates belly pain from being backed up . I did have an issue with my first and second bottle . I mistakenly wrote that I purchased both bottles at Walmart but actually it was Target. There were only 29 pills in each bottle . I’m a heart patient and as such I’m fastidious about my medications so I know it was not me who made a mistake. I was told by your manufacturer that the stores pack your product and not them. Sounds silly but that’s what I was told , I made it very clear that I was not looking for a freebee or compensation. I have continued with Emma but was disappointed in quality control. When you edit this review the bottom line is that it’s a good product and it works . Thank you Richardlevine
EMMA RELIEF: IT'S JULY 4TH NOW. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND I STILL HAVE NOT YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND OF $772.74. CAMERON BARLEY EMAILED ME YESTERDAY, 7-3-25 AT AROUND 5:56 AM AND TOLD ME THAT THEY DID REFUND ME. I WAS THEN TO GET WITH MY BANK. THAT IT WOULD TAKE5-7 DAYS FOR THE CREDIT OF $772.74 TO SHOW UP. I WAS TO CALL MY BANK. I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH MY BANK FOR OVER 2 HOURS AND THEY WENT THRU MY ACCOUNT AND THERE HAS NOT BEEN ANY CREDITS THAT HAVE TRIED TO COME THRU SINCE 5-31-2025 THRU 7-3-2025. THEY TOLD ME TO HAVE ENCLAVE BIOACTIVES SEND ME A REFUND CHECK DIRECTLY TO ME TO AVOID GIVING YOU MY CURRENT CREDIT CARD INFO. I SINCE CLOSED THE ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD, SO THAT EMMA RELIEF WOULD NOT TRY TO CHARGE ME FOR ANYTHING ELSE. YOU HAVE YOUR PRODUCT BACK THAT I RETURNED ON 6-9-25 AND STILL I HAVE NOT YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND YOU NEED TO MAIL MY REFUND CHECK TO ME ASAP. I EMAILED EMMA RELIEF WITHIN 10 MINUTE OF MY SEEING THAT I HAD 3 ORDERS THAT WERE GENERATED AND CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD, TOTAL OF $772.74 WAS CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD. I WAS CHARGED OVERDRAFT FEE THAT I HAD TO PAY TO MY CREDIT CARDTHEY EMAILED ME 2 DIFFERENT RETURN LABELS AD I RETURNED BOTH ORDERS ON 6-9-25 ORDER # 21330628- 2 TRANSACTIONS ON IT. 9 BOTTLES FOR $276.66 AND 6 BOTTLES FOR $248.04 ALSO ANOTHER ODER# 21330726 FOR 6 BOTTLES. I RETURNED ALL OF THE BOTTLES THAT WERE NEVER OPENED. I TRACK THE RETURNS BACK TO THEM. THEY RECEIVED THEM BACK ON THEIR END OM 6-11-25 AT 8:56 AM. I HAVE EMAILED THEM OVER 85 TIMES WITH NO CONFIRMATION ORDER REFUNDS EMAIL THAT MY REFUNDS HAVE BEEN ISSUED AND CREDITED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. YOU ALL HAVE MADE A MESS OF MY CREDIT CARD. I EVEN ATTACHED THE USPS RETURN RECEIPT AND STILL I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED AN EMAIL LETTING ME KNOW THAT MY REFUNDS HAVE BEEN ISSUED AN CREDITED BACK TO MY CREDIT. I THINK EMMA RELIEF IS A BIG SCAM!!! I purchased this and notified them that I have decided to pursue another direction and wish to return the unopened products and after countless emails to their customer service email, I continue to get no response and no refund! This company is a total scam!! I have turned off my autopay on the billing. I refuse to pay for something I have asked repeatedly to cancel.
I have been trying since June 4th to get someone toissue me what I need to return unused product and to get a refund, without success. I tried one bottle and didn’t get the results that I expected, in fact, I had to resort to another method. I got one reply asking me totry Emma again and offering me 50% for the unopened bottles. I responded saying I wasn’t willing to try againand that I wanted 100% of my money back for the rest of the bottles. I have heard nothing back from the co.
