I bought from KOBRA a few times already and their quality and style is truly stunning.I had a problem with a ring, but they quickly replied to my email and provided me with a replacement.The team is very kind and quick to respond, would definitely recommend!
It is not the first time we order from Kobra Copenhagen but this time we wanted something special, a specific design with our names in Arabic, our contact was Benjamin who couldn't be more helpful, he was doing his best to ensure that we get exactly what we want , even make the design a bit bigger ( which is better) to fit all our names, since he doesn't speak Arabic he spent more effort to double check the spelling every time he tries to work with the design we ordered, with No Extra Fee. We couldn't wait to get the order to give 5 stars because what we saw in the photos looks perfect. Thank you so much Kobra and Benjamin we hope you get a raise ;)
