Our trip to Emmerdale yesterday was truly wonderful. It was incredibly beautiful and serene. The tour guide was insightful and engaging. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience, and I highly recommend it to all fans of the show.
I just returned from the Emmerdale tour with the guide, and I'm still beaming! The guide was fantastic—so informed about the village, its history, and the show. His sense of humor and vibrant personality kept us laughing throughout the tour. The village is gorgeous—the scenery and sets are beautifully crafted. It's clear the staff are passionate about their roles and truly enjoy being part of the Emmerdale family. From the moment we arrived, the organization and hospitality were outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The guide's dedication to providing us with a memorable experience truly made the tour special. If you love Emmerdale, this is a must-do! Highly recommend and can't wait to return!
Our visit to Emmerdale yesterday was absolutely wonderful. The surroundings were beautiful and tranquil. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging, making the experience enjoyable. My son and I had a fantastic time and I would highly recommend it to all Emmerdale fans.
We booked the tour as a birthday gift, paying full price for the experience. I was in a wheelchair due to an accident, and despite the original tour time being changed, we felt rushed. With over 60 people and just one guide, we were left behind, and there was no accommodation for those with disabilities. When meeting the star, it was disappointing to see others who only paid for the tour getting priority access. This felt unfair and frustrating, especially given the circumstances. I wouldn't recommend this tour, especially compared to others that are much better organized.
The customer service was appalling. There was no phone support—only email, and the responses took far too long with minimal assistance. It would greatly improve the experience to have proper customer support. The entire process has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating, leading to a negative experience even before attending.
I took my family on the tour, and we had a wonderful day. Our guide was exceptional—knowledgeable, funny, and genuinely engaging with everyone. He answered all our questions and helped us remember the characters and their homes in the village. I highly recommend this tour for any Emmerdale fan. The sunny weather made the village look just like it does on TV!
I have concerns about the portrayal of characters in the show. The actions of a character seem irresponsible and could send the wrong message to younger viewers. It’s important to be mindful of the storylines and their impact on audiences.
