Joseph Charles (the owner) is petty and swindles people.I was looking for Outdoor Research USA gear. I ordered a few items and Joeseph Charles (the owner) was nice enough to call me and let me know when things would be shipping and that some items would take awhile. We had a nice conversation for over 1 hour. The next day after looking at the Outdoor Research website, I discovered he was over charging for the same items by about 15-20%. I brought this to his attention via email and he retaliated by refusing any and all customer service and communication there after. I had a pair of boot gaiters I ordered the wrong size on. I was within the return window so I reached out for an exchange for the right size. No response to emails or phone calls. So I initiated a charge back with my bank of which he promptly resisted and I never got my money back or got any customer service.
I ordered a patch in December 2021. I got an email saying it shipped within 48 hrs and even got a tracking number, but it never got past "shipping label created". Nearly 2 months later and nothing. I emailed them twice and no response. Called, no answer. Don't buy from them.
I think I’ve been scammed. Ordered products and immediately got an email confirming and stating it was preparing to ship. Weeks go by and no further communication. No response to email. Phone number on their Facebook page doesn’t belong to them. Going to work with credit card company to do a charge back. Beware, this place is likely a scam.
