Great customer service

There was some back and forth with my provider writing the necessary information on the Rx and ResMed was great letting me know the status. Once they had what they needed, ResMed immediately shipped my CPAP and I received it in a few days.

Extremely difficult to order supplies

Extremely difficult to order supplies. Don't know why a "prescription" is needed for a new mask. Website is confusing who you are ordering from. I'm 99% sure i bought my mini cpap from them, that's how i got the information from the old box, but they said they didn't have an old "prescription"
