We have almost everything Tommee Tippee but will not be buying from them anymore. After the bottles started leaking I contacted them back in April 2021. They said it was the valves so I asked where I could buy them and they said they would send them to me for free. I thought that was great. However, they kept saying that it was sent but I never received them .they finally gave me a tracking number and we’re going to give me extra bottles but still nothing. After 7 months later and numerous attempts, I still have not received the valves or bottles. I was told twice that they were lost.
I called because I had chosen to buy a quantity of 2 of an item, but when I got my online receipt it only said 1 item was ordered. I called to see if I could add an item to my order, or if there was any other way this problem could be fixed. I was told that there was nothing I could do except place another order, requiring that I pay another shipping cost and not including the discount that I received when placing the original order. It was very inconvenient.
I tried these bottles for my son, and have had many problems with them. Firstly my son wouldn’t accept them and he accepts many other bottles. Second the nipples collapse and it takes a lot of manipulation to get them to stop. Third they sometimes leak. I’ve warned easily $40 on them
