There was considerable communications issues. I attempted to send messages through the website because the unit had not arrived weeks after I bought the unit and it was days before I got a response. It seems additional information was wanted on the prescription, but the emails sent to me did not arrive (yes, I checked my SPAM filter) and finally a very helpful young man called me and was able to assist in getting this resolved. Bottom line: I urge you to improve your communications, especially via your website.
The gentleman whose name I have now forgotten was ever so helpful in replacing my mask for one w/o magnets; as I have a titanium clip in my brain. He understood quickly and responded same. Couldn't ask for better customer service; and as I used to head up a customer service department, I know good service.
