So much easier, efficient, and accurate than the weeks of time it took me to get an order from Apria Direct. Plus, Apria Direct, sent incompatible mask for the machine, double-charged me, and has still failed to issue the proper refund even after the equipment was returned. ResMed customer service was so much more responsive with emails alerting me of updates every step of the way. Such a waste that the sleep center does not refer patients directly to Resmed. It took me nearly 5 months post study and Rx to figure out that this was an option.
The customer service folks (Mike) was wonderful to work with. I was informed of the status of my order and what I need to do once I receive my unit during the trial period. If the product does not suit your needs, what needs to be done for a return.
There was a delay in in the order where the company needed to have and end date for my prescription and followed up with the doctor. Great work in following up however, there was a bit of anxiety on my side wondering what the delay was about since I was not notified. I had to follow up with Resmed to determine if I would have the device prior to my travels. Communication to the customer is always lacking not only in this instance but in others as well.
This bike is a beauty and a well built machine. The finish, including paint and weld joints are impeccable. The bike is big, too big for me due a back injury. While its size/weight make for an extremely comfortable ride, stops and starts are only faintly similar to a conventional bike. The bike is not particularly maneuverable and feels like a tank when negotiating sharp turns and mitigating street traffic. From a cosmetic perspective I’m curious when considering the flawless finish of the bike that quality control didn’t get around to bundling and securing the cords on the handlebar area. Also, the headlamp while integrated, seems like an afterthought based on mounting and lack of intensity. Unfortunately, even with the Bosch mid-drive, the bike is terribly underpowered, lacking torque to easily assist on grades. I don’t think I would purchase this bike if I had the chance to reconsider.
