Review Time
I received my bike approx. 10 days ago. I rode my bike about three times and heard a strange noise with my bike's break. For safety reason, I took it to my bike shop and learned that it wasn't installed correctly. It is unfortunate that I experienced such a simple issue so quickly. That's one of the issue.As for on the bike, I feel that missing a water bottle holding screws as a standard offering is unacceptable. From the pictures online, the C380 HMB had water bottle holder screws, while the actual bike is missing them. I am very disappointed that a bike doesn't have water bottle holder screws as a standard feature.
The process is ok, but there is room for improvement. On the order status screen, there is a link for feedback, but when you click it, it's a dead link. Email support was relatively fast to respond. Shipping was quick once the prescription was processed.Happy with the device, but would be nice if the mounting kit was included for the price that was paid.
I appreciated the fast response to the fact that I had cut off part of the picture I uploaded of the prescription and the fast response to confirm I had corrected it. The delivery was timely and made it in time for me to pack for vacation.
