Gazelle staff were great!

Gazelle staff, Tannen especially at the Experience center in Santa Cruz was fabulous. Helped us figure out the right bikes for us, where to buy, and helped us when my bike had a delayed delivery.

The bicycle and its components are very good. For the last three years, I had two Gazelle Bikes. One was the Citizen T9 and the last one the Ultimate C380. Two points that can be better:1. The manuals (for both bicycles)-these should be more specific to the purchase product. The manual includes all kind of information that do not pertain to the specific bike. 2. The dealers -after two or three weeks of the sale, should have a follow up telephone call asking information about the bike performance and any adjustments that may be necessary. (i.e. the front brakes of my bike were squealing). The best of the whole purchase:My bike was missing a small part. I took some photos and sent an e-mail to Gazelle in Holland. In a few days a lady by the name Christine, replied to my message. Within three weeks, someone in California mailed the part missing. Excellent customer support. Thank you.
