I wasn’t planning on buying an expensive e-bike but after test riding a couple of lesser value and newer to ebike industry. I just knew to invest in the Gazelle bonus plus it was on a summer sale! I bought from a trusted bike store- bought a bike 14 years ago. The sales person Mike spent a lot of time with me orientating on the T9. Reassured me of the quality and safety of my new ebike. No buyers remorse.

I was confused by the ordering process

I was confused by the ordering process. The first time I ordered, I wasn't aware that a prescription was required until several days later I received an email asking for it. That order timed out because my provider required an appointment before renewing my prescription. The second time, I placed the order but there wasn't anywhere to upload the prescription so I contacted customer service only to find that another email had been sent asking for the prescription. This process was confusing to me.

Gazelle staff, Tannen especially at the Experience center in Santa Cruz was fabulous. Helped us figure out the right bikes for us, where to buy, and helped us when my bike had a delayed delivery.
