When I learned they didn’t sell…

When I learned they didn’t sell replacement valves for the cups I use for my toddler I was surprised that they just offered to send me a few cups on them to make up for it! Now that is great customer service!

Intuitive platform and good customer service

The platform experience is pretty intuitive and ease to use.The advocacy team in Raisin is very responsive while the customer service is progressively improving, as the platform gets better and better - no complaints.

I'm very happy

I have had money in Raisin for a couple of years now. At first I was unsure, because they weren't well known. I put a little money and and tested moving it around, and then put more and more in. I have appreciated the great returns on my money and am seeing more and more articles about them. Yes, it's comparatively slow to move your money around. They are up front about that. They are basically the middle man and have to go through steps. I have not found it to be a problem; I plan ahead for it

I was very pleased to see how easy the process was to sell my books. Basically it is “scan and go”! Within days of receiving your books, there is a payment to your designated account.
