Bought the Eclipse C380+ from a local dealer here in Washington, DC. Lots of commuting time on my past two e-bikes (non-Gazelle) informed this buying decision. I wanted a more upright posture, front suspension, little to no maintenance (I was having to clean/lube chain twice a month), stepless transmission, excellent build quality, and be esthetically pleasing. I hit a home run with the Eclipse C380+. The Bosch auto mode coupled with the Enviolo is a match made in heaven, and the 750wh battery means I have no range anxiety and I don't have to charge at work before the evening commute. I added the Bosch ConnectModule kit after I purchased (easy to install yourself), for piece of mind. Around 700miles in, I recommend without reservation.

My cat chewed up one of my air tubes for my pump I had bought from Walmart Jenna was so nice and offered to send me those parts and any other parts I needed the customer service was so amazing and I love my pump it’s the only one I have found that works for me thank you tommee tippee!
I have been needing replacement parts for my hands free pump and I have had no luck finding them. I contacted tommeee tippee on the website & I was able to receive the parts I needed free of charge which was such a relief. It was fast and simple ! Would definitely recommend this brand to a friend !
I was having an issue with the tomee tippee sports water bottle lid that I purchased from Walmart. Walmart is a hassle in itself so I reached out to tommee tippee’s customer service directly. And was just looking for a replacement lid to solve my issues for my toddler. The agent I was emailing with was so kind enough to replace the cup with a different one that will hopefully end up working out better for my girl! It was one of the easiest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Will definitely be purchasing more from this brand in the future because of this.
I’ve used Raisin in the past without issue, but my recent experience has left me deeply frustrated and concerned. On June 18, 2025, a CD I opened through Raisin matured. I followed their instructions to move the funds into a Raisin cash account and planned to transfer them to my bank.However, Raisin had my account still linked to an old trust account that I closed over a year ago. I promptly provided my updated trust account details and verified my identity. That’s when things went sideways.Raisin told me they no longer support transfers to trust accounts, and instead insisted I open an individual account—something I never agreed to and which was not disclosed as a policy change anywhere in writing. When I requested a paper check, they refused. I repeatedly asked for documentation showing this supposed policy change, and they provided nothing. I’m now left with money I cannot access, and no clear explanation as to why.This is not just inconvenient—it’s outrageous. It feels like Raisin is withholding my funds without valid reason or transparency. For a financial platform to operate this way is unacceptable.Until Raisin can demonstrate consistent, fair, and documented practices—especially when it comes to trust accounts and fund withdrawals—I cannot recommend this service to anyone looking for a safe place to manage their savings.
