Dee was so helpful

Dee was so helpful! I was starting to feel really discouraged with my pump breaking and not knowing what to do. This company was helpful for getting additional parts sent quickly and is sending me a replacement. I am so grateful as my insurance covered pump broke and they would do nothing about it like that thank you for being different.

Returned AirMini no problem!

The airmini did not work out for me. I had a reaction to the humidification tablets. I called ResMed and it was absolutely no problem to send the machine back. No questions asked no problems. I was very pleased with how easy they made it. Just a note, if you think you might return a machine and you buy a package like I did make sure the two keep the tubing, headgear, etc. because needs everything needs to be returned. Do you

I get the products needed at the right…

I get the products needed at the right time!Billings and statements are a bit difficult due to not having statements describing what was provided available (for insurance and FSA purposes) at time of billing. Have to wait until later typically to be able to find those. It would be nice to have a printed statement included in the packaging if that is possible.

I ordered an item that I needed to return. There are no instructions on your website about how to return an item so I had to email my request. After a few days I got a response with return instructions and had to pay $18.00 to ship the item back.

Great customer service

I was interested in having a smaller CPAP for travel, but I wasn’t sure it would work for me. I was able to purchase the AirMini with a 30 day trial/return. It was easy to submit my prescription and a customer service rep answered my questions. The device arrived in just a few days! I used it for several nights and quickly adjusted to the slight change in noise level and a different mask. It’s a keeper!

I absolutely love the customer service…

I absolutely love the customer service experience! I had some faulty bottles twice now and I called had someone on the phone within seconds each time they were so kind and understanding and was able to resolve the problem fast! I will never buy another brand bottle they have worked great with each of my children. The service I have received just made it so much better.
