With my first baby 3 years ago, I purchased the closer to nature fiesta bottles and loved it. It is the closest to breastfeeding which is one of the biggest reasons I purchased it. I was so excited to purchase it again for my second baby and was happy to see that there are glass bottles available now. I ended up purchasing the 9oz glass and 5 oz silicone bottles. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't find the 5oz glass in stores or online in Canada. I had a small issue with one of the silicone bottles and the customer service representative, Anna, was very attentive and was quick to provide me with a solution. Thank you, Anna!
I purchased a mini unit for travel under a 30 day free trial. I have tried multiple times to call for a RMA so that I could return it because it is far too loud. I am told that a team member would call me back but I have heard nothing.
I'm a first time mama and I didn't know what size flange I needed to get. I was trying with the sizes that came with the pumps and I was having the hardest time pumping and feeding my son. I recently had to call in due to fading of the writing in the outside of my babies bottles. I had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony. He was so easy to speak to and kind. It was such a treat having a kind and respectful customer service representative! He is sending new bottles to replace the 2 that have fading.
I use a resmed with humifier daily when at home and it works well. I bought the resmed mini for travel but each time I use it my nose gets so dry it drips with discharge for 2-3 days after - the humidifier cartridges DO NOT WORK for me! Is there something I am doing wrong? I change the cartidges for each trip yet I always have this problem of severely dry nasal passages after use. I have stopped using the resmed mini.
