Review Time
I was really looking forward to using the Air Mini. I have trips coming up with weight limitations on baggage, & this seemed like the ticket, even though quite expensive. The quality of the therapy is not the same. I wake up several times a night with severe dry mouth, the pressure seems low (sometimes feels like negative pressure), and the Bluetooth connection is faulty, doesn't stay connected from night to night. I've been bounced around by what seems like multiple support groups ("we don't handle that"). Very bad customer experience.

The process was timely. As soon as you received my prescription you acted on it and sent the CPAP within a day or two. I am going on a cruise so the travel size is perfect for my trip. I do have to say I like my regular CPAP better but for traveling this one is perfect.
Inquired with Jo regarding replacement valves for our sippy cups. Unfortunately, they didn’t have spare parts to provide but offered to send a new cup. This will have to do! I hope the company can provide replacement valves in the future because I would hate to just throw away a perfect cup when it’s only missing one little piece.
Once the prescription was confirmed the device was shipped immediately and arrived in a day. I’m not sure why there are concerns about the sound of the Air Mini. It didn’t bother me at all. It didn’t seem any louder than the Air Sense 11. It’s compact and much more travel friendly. I’m glad I purchased it.
I have nearly 500 miles on my Ultimate C8 HMB. Riding this bike is like being on a vehicle and not like being on my nimble and light hybrid. A very different riding experience, but at 76 this is the bike for my future. It takes a few hundred miles to get used to riding this bike, but it is very enjoyable to ride.My only complaint is the location of the braze-ons to attach the bottle cage. I bought a step through to make it easy to get on and off the bike, but with the bottle cage near the bottom of the frame, it defeated the purpose of a step through. I took the bottle cage off and bought a cage to attach to my handlebar.
My husband and I both purchased the step through models. Very happy with the performance of the bike. However disappointed with the Bosch Smart System. Had trouble with both of them turning on. The store owners are working with us. We thought Bosch would have been the best choice. Also my miles don’t always reset. We purchased them in April and have almost 1,000 miles on them.
