Fantastic serivice

I loved that I could type my question and come back to it when I had time, even the next day. As a parent with an infant and 6 year old I'm very busy and the process was easy and convenient. They were able to solve my problem quickly and in a manner I am very pleased with.

Problem not really resolved

I’m on the fence with my issue and resolution. I have six 9oz bottles (and 6 5oz bottles that I no longer use) and the white pieces of my anti colic bottles have started growing mold that I cannot clean. My bottles never sit and are washed daily and routinely sterilized. No other pieces or pieces of my MAM bottles do this. All my bottles were purchased at the same time for my seven month old. Apparently three were manufactured too long ago to be under warranty which I feel isn’t my fault they sat on a shelf for a year but okay. I’ve pulled the part I’m having the issue with off all my left over 5oz bottles and I still don’t have enough. The replacement bottles I received came quickly but are different and look harder to clean which makes me nervous. Two people helped me through email and it seems they weren’t on the same page because one asked me just for the numbers for the manufacturer dates then the next response from someone else asked for photos. I would have taken them when I checked them all the first time had I known they were needed. The bottles worked really well for my daughter but I don’t want to keep replacing them when I’ve had to throw away 8 pieces that are necessary or the bottle leaks. I think I might just have to switch brands at this point.

I ordered mine through the Walmart app and I opened the box myself. I washed all the parts and tried to use it. It’s sooooooooo big! I come to the website to see if I can order a different size flange. Haven’t found where I can but did see in the manual that it should have a soft “cup” that goes in the horn…… I don’t have that?! I’m just not sure what to do
