Review Time
I will give 4 stars because ResMed makes great products, but I am a little let down by their store. The store itself is nice in ways, but I have a few issues. Issue #1: I ordered an AirMini N20 Setup Pack a few weeks ago but now I cannot order anything from the site. I get the error, "ResMed Shop is not yet licensed to ship medical devices to your area. To check another zip code, click here or find a retailer near you who can ship to your area" Issue #2: Why on earth does it only let you order AirMini products? Issue #3: The checkout itself is very "Shopify" feeling. That's not a big deal, but it feels kind of cheaply done. Fix at least the first 2 issues and I'd definitely upgrade to 5 stars.
The person with whom I dealt was great, even when we had to get a revised prescription which included the length of time I would need a CPAP. And in spite of this delay, they got the Mini sent out in plenty of time for my vacation. Now if someone could just explain to the regular CPAP people why I’m not currently using my regular CPAP. Of course I’ll go back to it when I return from Canada.
