Everything went smoothly, just like my last booking. This page does not suddenly kick you out and reoffer it more expensive "because the airlines changed it" which is annoying. If you're filling your info, the tickets are supposed to be on hold! and that doesnt happen here, so I might be starting to becoming a fan... thank you
Airlines always have a 24-hour cancellation policy that allows customers to cancel a reservation within 24 hours without a cancellation fee or penalty. I made a reservation too soon, and within a few hours, I wanted to cancel it. But then found that only less than 30% of the airfare would be refunded. The non-refundable amount was almost $500 US dollars. That's robbery!
I made an air line booking for two return tickets going to Dubai from San Francisco totaling $3964.80. For some reason I need to cancel it within less than 24 hours. They asked me to pay and addition $750 to get the full refund. Most airlines and booking companies make a full refund if cancelled reservation within 24 hours. On top Budget air only refunded me only $3037.80. They are saying they saying but not promising to refund remaining $927 at some later date. This the worst experience ever for refund on airline ticket.
