Needed to change flight dates but they…

Needed to change flight dates but they charging me 841 usd!! Worst agent ,would never recommend them,changing dates should not be charged same price as canceling, that is broad daylight theft!! It's more than 40 days to my flight yet they want to charge me 841 usd yet it's an emergency to change dates! For a flight i already paid 1300 usd!! Would never never recommend

i made an error in booking and…you charged me 77$ in 5 minutes!!

i made an error in booking and contacted you within 5 minutes. To cancel you are charging me 77$. I'm so angry. I then looked to maybe try to keep the ticket. You say I can book seats with the airline online after i booked. Airline says I cant do that- so your website was deceptive.
