Initially, I got the Soft Whisper pair, thinking it would be the lightest, but it felt a bit too long. I asked for an exchange, and they generously offered me a free Icicle pair instead. I was skeptical, but after trying them, they fit much better. It took some adjustment, but they felt natural after a while. Thank you for your generosity!
Its been almost a month and the product never arrived. The tracking keeps saying it was out for delivery 10 days ago but no one ever contacted me for delivery and when i contacted the customer service they gave me their logistic company and asked me to follow up on my own. Until now, almost a month after the order was placed, it was still nowhere to be seen and their customer service refused to give me refund. Worst shopping experience in a long while.
The idea is great but there are a few kinks.It’s too short for my eyes.The magnet doesn’t work well, so during application, lashes move from the applicator, so the lashes don’t end up close to my lashlineIt doesn’t last as long as advertised; after a dozen wears, the magnet is peeling off, and the lashes are getting wrinkly.
Okayyyy, so when I saw the ad first it seemed too good to be true so even though I paid for order I was still wondering if they would be good enough. Just received them yesterday and NGL these WORKKKK. They quality is good, the style is Gorge and the quality is great too.
