Great experience from start to finish. The sales rep was excellent- he patiently answered all my questions and wasn’t pushy at all. Delivery was right on time, and installation was easy. The sauna itself is simple to use and really well designed.

Worst purchase of my life. Got an outdoor sauna in 2022. Used (or tried to) it a handfulnof times and it never gets hotter than 110F.Useless.Contacted technical support once who said the only solution would be investing in more heat source. After dropping more than 6k for that sauna it just doesn’t feel like a fair thing. And 3 years later and the sauna looks like crap inside and out. Does NOT hold well on the elements.
We have been enjoying our Rustic 8 Sauna for the past 16 months, and while the craftsmanship is outstanding, what truly sets this company apart is their service department. Any time over the past year that I’ve needed advice or assistance, they’ve been incredibly responsive and proactive—often even checking in just to see how things are going. That level of customer service is rare these days.Their support has been exceptional, and although they may not realize it, we’ve indirectly helped sell several of their saunas simply by sharing our experience with friends and family. An amazing team, and we absolutely LOVE our sauna!
SCAM!!I have ordered a sauna from them in March 2025 and wired them the down payment, I still don't have a sauna and they say it is on a boat being shipped from over seas, they have been saying that since June. I called many times asking for a refund and they are giving me the run-aroundTo be honest I really don't think I will ever see the sauna from this company and I will be out the money..
They failed to deliver the sauna we purchased on November 24, 2024. 8-10 weeks delivery time. We placed a down payment of $3250. with a company guarantee it would be refunded should there be a problem. After waiting until June 1,2025 with numerous excuses on the delays, we were told the company had miss ordered and they did not have our sauna. Requested the refund and as of October 4, 2025 still have not received it.Update #1I have yet to receive my refund. I am given the same answers when I inquire. They want me to take down all reviews and not report to any agencies that may assist me in obtaining my refund. They also want me to agree to not aid in any legal action from other complaitents. I explained that I will update all reviews and agencies once my refund is received. I will state that my refund was receive and will cease further action. Simply want my refund.January 7, 2026Still no refund. No explanation. This company appears to be stealing down payments. Maria K was the salesperson and she has been of no help. The manager is dishonest with his replies to any posting response. No one is working on completeing the refund process.It appears this company is failing to provide any refunds to anyone as evident by the YELP reviews and BBB complaints.Update January 24,2026Still no refund. They offer no explanation. They are definitly not working with me and it appears they are not going to refund the $3250. I sent them on November 26, 2024. They response on this site is untruthful. They are not working at sending me a refund as their written guarantee states. I will be pursuing legal action in small claims court and will definitely be asking for compensation for additional expenses in pursuing my refund.
In December 2024 I spoke with Mark at Enlighten Sauna. After many phone calls with him, I decided to make the purchase. This required a 50% deposit in check form only. I didn't hesitate since Mark seemed honest and very knowledgeable. The contract stated delivery within 12 weeks. It is now October 2025, I have no sauna, I am out $6050.00, Mark has not returned my calls or emails since April 2025. They pass me on to either a virtural assistant in Asia, or Maria, who is only messenger of information with no ability to refund my money. I have learned they have an F rating with the BBB and there are other customers who are in a similar situation. One even filed a Lawsuit against them. The good news for you is you have read my review and its 100% true. Now you can avoid making the same mistake I did !
