I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Envi Clothing.
I received what was very clearly a returned order from another customer. The parcel still had the previous customer’s details and contact number inside, which is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of privacy.
The hoodie I ordered arrived in terrible condition — it had clearly been worn, it was stained, and even ripped. This is not what anyone expects when purchasing new clothing.
I immediately contacted customer service and have sent eight emails requesting a refund. I returned the goods as instructed, and it has now been five weeks, and I am still waiting for my refund. The lack of communication and delay is extremely frustrating.
The overall experience has been unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from Envi Clothing based on my experience.
The tracksuits are of excellent quality. On December 23rd, I discovered that I didn't have the bottoms I believed I had ordered for a Christmas gift. I contacted the support team right away, and they were able to dispatch the bottoms immediately. Within less than 24 hours, they arrived at my door. I was extremely grateful for their quick response and assistance, ensuring I had the clothing in time for the holiday.
I placed an order for two tracksuits for my son's birthday, but they never arrived. My interaction with the owner was quite frustrating, and to make matters worse, the order was reportedly left behind a bin in my garden. I haven't received a refund either. I will definitely avoid this service in the future and advise my friends to do the same, as the treatment I received was unacceptable and my emails went unanswered.
