Overall a positive and cost effective RSA course. Some references to qld legislation were confusing (I am in SA). Quite long and onerous in parts, but comprehensive I guess.

This online training provides all the information needed to responsibly serve alcohol and there is enough questions there to make sure that all the topics are being remembered by the brain. It also allowed you to complete the course at your own pace which made the amount of questions bearable.
