Very comprehensive training

Very comprehensive training. A lot of reading, but can easily completed within one week online and over the phone. Especially helpful if you are running to a deadline. Be prepared that there are four additional assessments to complete after the online assessment.

In depth in a good way but some questions could be worded better in my opinion.

The course covered a lot of information so I feel confident in the service of alcohol requirements to remain within Australian law. Sometimes some of the questions I found a little misleading/not clear in what was required for an answer, or not as well worded as I would have liked. Other than that, a positive experience.
