Guys stay clear of this company. Ordered and paid a premium for delivery in time for a wedding reception as it was going to be the centre peace. when we noticed the tracking hadn’t moved after a week we contacted them only to be told that yes we know about the problem and there’s going to be a delay. They did not contact us. Vladimir did not care when I asked what are our options he said we will not refund you until we get our product back even though we have never been given the product told me he wasn’t going to speak to me and did not care that was ruining the wedding did not apologise nothing We have a bride too be in tears right now and he wouldn’t even go try and get a manager (then said he was 1)
This product is awesome. Service is great and will help you thru the process. As a 64 year old woman was very scared to start this and it will fail. Was so easy just follow instructions and any question call them they were so helpful. Looks amazing and holding up great.
I wish i could get more tips on pouring epoxy. I did enjoy the bubble free formula. First is sealing the back before starting on the top. Two thin coats help seal the back. if you pour a number of thin coats,do you rough or keep is finished?
