Visited promptly by salesman, who was polite, took measurements and assured a response. Visited the showroom, but polite staff there could not get in touch with the salesman or other sales staff. Phoning later to ask about a follow-up brought a promise of contact, but there seems to have been an error in the email address (as happens over the phone). Going elsewhere now.
From start to finish the whole experience was easy to follow from the initial meeting with the salesman who didn't pressure sell,the very efficient survey and probably the best and hardest working window fitter I have seen(Neil).Even the billing was exact and very well explained.
Great company to deal with. Even when you know exactly what you want the surveyor will help with suggestions for improvements such as a wider door so our customers can fit through with their luggage etc. They finished the door off beautifully even adding a little extra trim on the inside that I requested to make the finish perfect. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again. The whole team are very helpful from salesmen, to fitters, surveyor and office staff...superb..thank you
My wife emailed on 9/6/25 requesting a quote for secondary glazing. Silence. I phoned on 11/6 asking what's going on. A call back promised. Eventually a call stating the email went to a 'Brendan' who was on holiday (out of office reply anyone?) and would call me Monday (16/6). Silence. I call today 18/6 (reluctantly as this has NOT been encouraging to say the least) explaining the lack of anything, no apologies, put on hold to eventually hear the dreaded "How can I help?". I said I'd already explained everything to which she repeated (with a tone as if I was testing her patience) the scenario. So why " How can I help"??? I was exasperated. By her tone you'd think I'd inconvenienced her. No apologies for the utter silence since our initial enquiry. I hung up before I lost my temper. They failed in every nauseating claim of excellence and professionalism on their website and that was before anyone actually turned up. There's no excuse these days for poor to non existent communication. If that's their acceptable standard then I'm glad it's going no further. We're going elsewhere.
Needed our garage window replacing , it was an old metal framed double glazed unit with surroundings that were well past their best ,and rot in the corners.Jim did our installation, talked us through the process ,showed us the rot, and removed the old window.He then , made good and replaced all the surroundings with plastic and composite materials, fitted the the new window. He then sealed the unit inside and out making a wonderful job of it. A first class job , we are well pleased ,and cannot believe all the extra light it has let in .
