I found ERG very efficient from Quote to fitting. When looking for a new front door ERG were the best value for money, the rep went through the options on what was the best door for our house and was very knowledgeable about all the doors in the catalogue. The engineer who fitted the door was very thorough and made very little mess and made a neat job of fitting the door. The new door has made a big difference to the warmth to the house but not only that the look of the front of the house. ERG have given me a great service and a good quality door at a very reasonable price.
We recently had a new patio door fitted by ERG Scotland, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the service was professional and stress-free. A special mention to Keiran, our fitter, who did an outstanding job — he was punctual, polite, and his attention to detail was excellent. From initial enquiry, right up to completion, we found the service first class. All employees were polite, helpful and totally professional. There was straight forward pricing with no pressure. The fitter arrived promptly and worked non stop throughout the 2 days it took to complete the work. Our property was left immaculately tidy both inside and out. Would highly recommend.

Windows and doors installed just over 12 months ago. Paid a very large sum to have whole done,Problems with the standard of fitting from the outset. Sloppy workmanship which was evidenced to ERG via photos Various people been out on numerous occasions to resolve such as the majority of windows jamming, water coming through gap at bottom of door, fitting a piece of plastic that had a hole in it and tried to cover with mastic!Requested phone contact from management which had never been forthcoming. Today reported another issue with a window that will not open.To say I am disappointed is an understatement. To date they have sent someone to rectify issues which I’m thankful for, however I have never had windows fitted by a company where there continues to be ongoing issues, this is more than teething issuesMy experience of ERG has been awful from poor standard of fitting and distinct lack of management contact.
