Great customer service going above and beyond!Bought a tshirt in the sale and received an email to say they were unable to send as the item had been oversold. Instead of just refunding the sale price, they have given me a voucher for the non sale price to purchase another item as an alternative
I had some slight issues with the order (nothing wrong with the product), and had to contact the business to have this dealt with. I spoke to Sara who was brilliant, she sorted out the problem and provided me with constant updates throughout. Really great level of service and I now have the product and couldn’t be happier!
