Great investment in versatile cups!

I recently purchased two new cups (enticed by a sale) to keep in different locations. With my arthritic hands, I struggle with cup and mug handles, so these Ecoffee cups are fantastic. Additionally, my drinks stay warm longer thanks to the lid. The color options are wonderful as well.

Received an incorrect lid and sleeve...

I was sent a black lid and sleeve instead of the natural (cream) one, so I reached out for assistance. After four months, I finally got a response and received a white one. While this shows an effort to resolve the issue, I still have a cup that looks mismatched with its cream, brown, and orange colors. I feel a bit guilty not giving a higher rating since I’ve enjoyed their products in the past. Nonetheless, I appreciate their attempt to correct the order.
