subpar product with unreliable features

the product is of poor quality considering the price, and the card pop-up mechanism fails to work consistently. Additionally, the customer service experience has been lacking; I encountered problems with the returns portal and did not receive useful assistance from the support team. To make matters worse, I learned that I must cover the return shipping costs despite wanting to return the item within 14 days. I won't be purchasing from this platform again. :(

the product is of low quality for the price paid, and the card pop-up feature is unreliable. Customer service was inadequate, with issues using the returns portal and no helpful responses from the support team. Communication with the company has been poor

Do not expect assistance from this company. I can't process a refund on their returns portal (every option indicates there's no shipping information). I have received no replies via WhatsApp or email, and their chatbot just redirects to the non-functional portal. I understand it’s a busy time of year, but the lack of support is very disheartening. I urge anyone considering a purchase to think twice about this review. UPDATE 18/12/2025: Sent several more emails and WhatsApp messages to their support team, with no response at all. Complete lack of customer support. Avoid buying from them online.
