Instead, they sent me a robotic message saying my subscription was “deactivated,” as if quietly canceling me somehow fixes the underlying problems.This is the customer‑service equivalent of hanging up the phone.I didn’t ask for a cancellation. I asked for answers. I asked why I was being billed for things I never purchased. I asked why their software doesn’t work as advertised. I asked why their tools behave like nagware instead of legitimate utilities. Their response? Shut down the subscription and pretend the conversation is over.This is not support. Fantastic software, great software and some really helpful features. For first time users its a little struggle however after a few uses the UI becomes more easy to understand. We installed this across our locations in India and its running seamlessly. The remote admin tool is special for us so we can transfer licenses in and out easily without wasting licenses and time.
