i saw my “first Lee” (of 1971) in the online shop! I was really anxious to make it mine! So I called the online shop. It turned our my first Lee was sold out. But: The young lady immediately presented very nice and fitting items of the same category. The young lady is highly competent, has taste, is extremely cooperative and very friendly! I am still impressed! The young ladies name is Msryam.- Thank You, Maryam!-

Got to be the worst company going

Got to be the worst company going? I purchased the cowboy jacket from a retailer and loved it. Just went on the site to maybe get a shirt or jeans and it blocked me saying suspicious activity. 😂😂 I've been wearing vintage lee for years I've got all the old ones in my archive the chore, storm rider and there Detroit style. I'm very fussy and will only have ones with the original horizontal lining. I am 61 and have pictures of me in stormriders in the 80s. It's thanks to people like me that your brand as attained it's kudos and this is how you repay a customer.

Unable to return unwanted items

Ordered as a guest. However, the website won't let me return part of my order easily. I've tried entering my order details on Sites-Lee-Site/en_GB/Order-TrackOrder but i get the following error: We're sorry, but the email or ZIP code entered does not match our records. Please check your information and try again.Regardless of it not working, the process of even finding the right link & method of returning is not straightforward at all.

Lee used to be my go-to brand for jeans. The quality has decreased immensely. I bought a pair, washed it, went out crumpled like paper. I will never wear this pair of jean, such a waste of money and cotton. My older pair that was washed at the same time went out perfectly.I'm going to need to find a new brand..

Parcel never arrived, refund 1.5 month later

I ordered 2 summer tops. Package was delayed 2 weeks at firtst. Then sent to wrong pickup point 30miles distance. Then cancellation was not possible. Customer needs to initiate contact al the time. After 1.5 month finally got my money back. Never received the summer tops nor had any excuse. Thanks for the late excuse Lee, but customer friendlyness does not start with an obligatory trustpilot reaction. Please really change reach out to a customer.

Seriously the worst return and exchange ever I’m not even done doing it yet but what in the heck is up with that? It’s horrific and that whole site is a big mess and I never make reviews for websites but that’s how mad I am at it.

Good helpdesk and honest complaint process

Filed a complaint on my jeans that i bought 3 or 4 months earlier and got a quick and kind response from the helpdesk. Had to send over few photos of the issue and after a week or so they had concluded that there indeed was a defect and i could get my money back

No refund and no news for 2 weeks

Ordered an item on 11/5. Took them 5 days just to process my order. No email confirmation of order except shipping confirmation from Yodel on 16/5. The ordered item turned out was too big. Made the return on 19/5 and now it’s almost two weeks since I’ve returned my order. Yodel tracking shows that it was returned. No refund and AGAIN no confirmation email whatsoever. You’re never gonna know what’s going on with your order and return. Avoid at all cost.
