Visited Euphoria Spa recently for a full-body massage with Umer. The treatment itself was 10/10—one of the best I've had in the city. I also loved the unique facilities like the salt cave and Moroccan hammam. Will definitely be back!

Was gifted 50 minute massage with 1 hour access to the spa for Mothers Day. The massage was lovely but apart from that I was very disappointed. Lots of the ‘rooms’ smelt damp, there was black mould on the ceiling in the changing area and there is a charge for robes and flip flops which I was not expecting. Two of the rooms were essentially shower rooms and all that was available for me was a sauna - which was nice - a steam room and a ‘salt room’. Members of staff were lovely and were constantly moping the floors, but the mops looked filthy.
I had a very disappointing experience at Euphoria Spa.This visit was a Mother’s Day gift from my son, so it was meant to be something special and relaxing. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite.The therapist appeared unhygienic and had a strong smell of sweat, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. The treatment room was far too bright and did not feel like a calm or relaxing environment at all. On top of that, the massage itself was not good, and the therapist was quite rude and unwelcoming.To make matters worse, I was asked to go into a treatment room that was not even ready.A spa should be a place where you feel calm, relaxed and cared for, but this experience left me stressed and very disappointed.I would not recommend this spa based on my experience.
I had a previous visit at this spa and came away feeling disappointed for various reasons. HOWEVER after receiving a genuine and sincere apology from the Manager for my previous experience, i am grateful for the opportunity of giving the spa another try! I believe in second chances .... let's hope for a nicer experience. Thank you Sam
