Where I live it's like an oven in the summer and I was struggling to get my goal step count in. I discovered Rick on YouTube and loved his upbeat, cheeky chappy approach, good choice of tunes, and easy-to-follow routines. His promise of a no-quibbles trial sucked me into a membership and, six months later, the first thing I do every morning is a GFWR work-out. I'm half-way through the 12-month programme, which is made up of 4-week thematic modules such as cardio, strength (with resistance bands), combat, dance cardio, and find it very easy to follow with each day having either a work-out, or some helpful advice about nutrition, habits or mindset. On top of that he has stand-alone 4-week programmes - so far I've also completed those for HIIT and Step and am now on Combat, and he also has lots of single videos for walking, either normal pace or at speed, ranging from 10 minute/1000 step 'after dinner' exercise right up to 60 minute/10,000 step sessions. There's a very friendly Facebook group and people (mostly women) from all over the world and all ages. I would highly recommend - his enthusiasm is infectious because it's not that shouty "Go, go, you got this!" type - but more jovial London-style self-deprecating and jokey enthusiasm.
I first found Rick while doing a step bet and loved his music and method to add steps to my day. I finished his 28 day challenge and lost 6 pounds and am now working my way through his program. His wonderful energy, his daily emails of encouragement and his weekly calls with education show how much he cares. It’s has been the best thing for me restarting my weight loss journey. His ongoing prattle is informative and distracting so the workout feels like it’s over before it began, only the breathlessness and the sweating was the only indication that I had worked out. I joined the Vibe Tribe and haven’t looked back. The weight, the centimetres, and the fitness have only improved and I’m making much better food choices. If only I had discovered him earlier instead of wasting my time and money at a gym. I cannot recommend him enough.

The workouts are designed for everyone, and the membership includes meal plans as well. The responses to my questions and the weekly live coaching calls have been invaluable. I joined in January 2025 and have lost over 3 stone, despite facing personal challenges that made it hard to stick to the plan. Now, in January 2026, I'm still committed to my health journey. I've recommended this to many friends and can't praise the membership highly enough! It must be effective if I can maintain it. I've lost weight, inches, and I'm feeling so much fitter.
