This "Free SSL" they give is hidden behind 9 locks, took 45 mins to find it. It's misleading on purpose, so poor customers will buy expensive one, because the free one they advertise so generously (all normal hosting companies activate ssl automatically) - they are going OUT OF THEIR WAY to make it as hard as possible to activate the free ssl. As soon as hosting expires i'm moving my client's website somewhere else.

I have been a happy customer of EuroDNS for close to 10 years - I have recommended their services to many others. However, the predatory and dishonest experience I've had today has soured this completely - and I can no longer recommend this service.- I purchased a domain a few days ago. - EuroDNS confirmed the order and accepted the payment. - A few days later, they cancelled the order, and cranked the price of the domain by 500xThis is predatory and I'm very disappointed. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
Eurodns suspended my domain without any prior notice, causing serious disruption. When I requested the authorization code to transfer my domain—a completely reasonable and standard request—they refused to provide it.Denying customers access to their own domain is unacceptable and raises major concerns about their business practices. If you value transparency and control over your domain, I recommend choosing a different registrar.
Twice i've had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Euro DNS. Support do not respond to your emails and when you speak to them via telephone, their rude, unhelpful and will even go as far to argue with you and tell you that it's all your own fault. Serious training is required for their customer service team! I will be looking to move away from this provider ASAP!
1. Support is slow and barely helps, if they bother answering2. Every year you have to jump through hoops to re-verify your contact data. If something changes, you have to go through multiple hoops to ensure your domains are not parked. You pay for them, you update your userdata. But then your domains are still unverified because you forgot to change something in menu 5, 7 and 9. Then, if you want to change your stuff, you have to guess which data profile might be right because the expertly crafted web app doesn't show you. It feels like whack-a-mole, but instead of having fun, I'm having to try to reinstate domains that have been deactivated after I wrote to support multiple times that it's not working. Mind you, they still deactivate your domains and then blame you for their shitty web app that doesn't, in fact, work.
