I bought a charger for a significant amount, used it only a handful of times, and it broke. After sending it in for warranty repair, it returned with the same issues. I had to pay for shipping, and now I’m being told it will cost a lot to fix since the warranty is expired. I won’t buy from this company again and suggest others avoid them to save money.
I bought a Genius 5 and it failed within weeks, so I got a replacement. It worked until recently but has now died and is out of warranty. I considered buying a new one but am hesitant due to reliability concerns. Reviews suggest these chargers are overpriced and unreliable, so I won’t be buying again unless I’m offered a free repair.
