Disappointing charger experience

I bought a charger for a significant amount, used it only a handful of times, and it broke. After sending it in for warranty repair, it returned with the same issues. I had to pay for shipping, and now I’m being told it will cost a lot to fix since the warranty is expired. I won’t buy from this company again and suggest others avoid them to save money.

Genius 5 failed again!

I bought a Genius 5 and it failed within weeks, so I got a replacement. It worked until recently but has now died and is out of warranty. I considered buying a new one but am hesitant due to reliability concerns. Reviews suggest these chargers are overpriced and unreliable, so I won’t be buying again unless I’m offered a free repair.

Positive warranty replacement experience

My recently purchased Genius 5 failed during the charging sequence. I own two other models that still work well. After sending proof of the issue, I received a replacement unit within a week, which was a pleasant surprise.

Disappointing performance for the price

After using the GBX55 only four times in 14 months, it now shows a red flashing charge light and won’t charge. At £160, that’s £40 per jump. Save your money and opt for a cheaper alternative.

Charger failure in under two years

My Genius 1 charger stopped working in less than two years, while others I own have lasted over a decade. Very disappointing.

Extremely poor customer service

The customer service is dreadful. I received the wrong product with no notification. They ignored my inquiries for hours during chat, and the representative was unhelpful. I’m trying to get a faulty charger replaced, and the whole process has been frustrating. If you can find another company, do so.

Horrible experience with support

I had a terrible experience with the help line after purchasing a new model. It wouldn’t hold a charge after minimal use. The support team dismissed my concerns, claiming it was normal for smaller vehicles. I’m now looking into legal action.
