I purchased a French door fridge, but unfortunately, both the fridge and freezer stopped working during Christmas, causing us to lose everything. With 10 people living here, including 3 toddlers and 5 kids under 9, I expected better durability from a product bought new in 2021. The initial support was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this brand. It's better to stick with companies that prioritize customer assistance and provide reliable service when purchasing new products.
