Review Time
I was worried when I saw so many negative reviews, but it turns out (as expected) they were mostly from "unlucky" customers, or from customers with wrong expectations. I ordered the Oneplus 12 because the 256GB was not available anywhere else (only from scalpers on 3rd party markets after the Digitec price mistake). The price was still around 15% cheaper than any other retailer (if the phone were available there). I knew I had to wait longer, but the "indicative" delivery time of 12 working days after payment was totally respected...and about 2 weeks after ordering, I received the device. The packaging could have been better (the original box was just in a plastic bag without additional box / packing material, and it was scratched). The box is chinese but everything works as expected. An adapter for the chinese charger was not provided (not a big deal), just for information. All in all recommended, because the shop offers "special" devices not easily available elsewhere. Competitive price. You have to be patient with the delivery + there are no automatic messages so if you really want to follow the order and get updates, you have to ask directly.
