If you are not in a hurry for receiving your product I absolutely can recommend the store. If something is not going as thought (mainly related to the expected delivery date) the customer service part is TOP. If you are asking for status update you get an immediate response. In my cases the delivery date was pushed out week per week but this was also not accepted by the Shop. To summarize very good customer service which is interested in customer satisfaction.
Great prices but don't expect ANYTHING else! My Oneplus 12 arrived after a couple of weeks (they didn't promise a fast delivery date so all fair) but there was a defect pixel immediately. Got in contact, they apologized and I sent back the phone. They claimed to fix it, but NOTHING changed when I got it back weeks later. Tried again, sent it back, got it back exactly in the same state. Still waiting for a reply but starting to accept that I spent almost 800 CHF for a phone not in factory new condition.
Great prices, assortments but very long delivery timesWhile the store has a great assortment and very competitive prices the downside is that you could have to wait weeks and weeks (in my case close to 90 days) to get your order delivered with no indication on the website of any delivery estimation if the item is on stock at the supplierThe web site will have only the status 'paid' and that's it. Other competitors make it clear using multiple status updates : ordered from supplier, shipped from supplier , estimated delivery 30 days, etcAfter 30 days and no proactive communication I honestly started to wonder if this was a scam (but trusted their presence on toppreise)Every time I was contacting the store (I get the feeling is a small company so all reply come from the owner) the reply was almost always to be delivered next week , instead no delivery/communication for 2 weeks and when I was yet again sending a new email..same reply next week etcAnyway finally got my order and the status changed to 'shipped'EDIT (July 30) : after posting this review I was contacted from the store owner and offered a 50 CHF cash credit for my troubles. I really appreciated the initiative and the fact I was not asked to update the review (that speaks to their honestly and customer commitments ). I am updating the review because I think that is great customer service (so adding one star from 2 to 3)
