Review Time
I’ve ordered twice and the products are always good if not great. I don’t love the gold on some of the chunkier pieces but it’s more of an antique gold and once styled ends up looking nice anyway. Smaller gold pieces and most silver pieces look really nice right out of the packaging My first and smaller order arrived in just under three weeks. My next order was larger and had larger items in it, which I found out delayed that shipment - small boxes are shipped via air, larger boxes by ocean. I will continue to order from them and plan accordingly to allow for shipping times. They also seem to add lots of new and better items all the time!
Factory Price Jewelry is a true professional business, the kind you wish all businesses would be: ethical, efficient, courteous, well-organized, well-priced. Their collections are extended and varied, so are their prices. I already placed several orders and had only one issue with one item I bought--a small stone on a ring fell off, I lost it--and they reimbursed me as soon as they learned of it. In short, everything put together, including a great "service après-vente" [customer service], I highly recommend it.
I was very excited to find a butterfly hair clip I had been searching for far and wide at Factory Price Jewelry. It was a nice price and I got to use my first of three 15% off discounts for the order, making it an even better price. My items came in a timely fashion and were exactly what I ordered. I also have a had a couple of positive experiences with two very helpful service reps while trying to place my second Welcome 15% off order…Ken (Kenneth) and Michelle. They both did their best to help me. I am hopeful my next very large oder goes as well as my first one did.
We are a motorcoach tour company who provides stuffed animals to our passengers as gifts on our tours. We are new to Factory Price Jewelry and are very pleased with the products we have received as well as working with the staff. They even do a follow up to ensure we are happy. This company does not have great reviews, and there is a reason. I tried to give them a chance. But you can tell as soon as you order. They don't give you any estimated delivery date, just send you an email that your order will be processed in 3 to 5 days, and they will email you once it is processed. I ordered my product 2 days ago, and needed to cancel, as I feared it would not arrive on time. I contacted them on chat (which took forever and kept timing out, 24 minutes to get an agent on line), only to say it was too late to cancel. They sent me this message.Our warehouse team works as quickly as possible to get you your items; thus, we may need to deduct a handling fee for order cancellation.You may refer to further details on our websiteLess than 2 hours after order placement: Free cancellation.2–6 hours after order placement: 30% handling fee deducted; 70% refunded.6–12 hours after order placement: 80% handling fee deducted; 20% refunded.12+ hours after order placement: No cancellations accepted.Upon checking, your order was placed on 12/17.
