Review on Customer Service via the 'Chat' function. Ken (Kenneth) was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding products listings using a photo of a a similar item they stock. Ken provided a couple of links of which ine was exactly what I was looking for. He was very polite and patient, and also accepted some UI feedback which he said he would pass on to the right team. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received.
